Environments Interior Design is a full service interior design firm, specializing in commercial spaces. We’ve been lucky enough to design projects all over Utah, including the Young Living Headquarters, Granite Credit Union in Taylorsville and Spilled Milk. Our team is determined to create inspiring designs in every space.
LEXUS SITTERUD
Design Director
Utah native, Lexus Sitterud is our go-to guru for all things lighting and prides herself on her attention to detail and passion for creativity. One of her strengths is honestly listening to our clients' needs and interests to customize their space and transform it into something noteworthy. She has a passion for commercial spaces and enjoys traveling every chance she gets.
Lexus graduated with honors from Weber State University Suma Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Interior Design. While in school, she studied abroad in Europe. Her travels taught her to appreciate the beauty in all styles of design. Her love of learning pushes her to explore new facets of design. In her spare time, you will find Lexus playing with her sweet labradoodle, Maggie, or visiting her hometown with her husband and daughter.
CLAIRE JUDD
Interior Designer
Claire has wanted to be an interior designer since she was 13 and babysitting an interior designer’s children. Since this designer worked from home, Claire was able to see her in action while watching her kids. Claire, inspired by the designer's creativity and ability to combine styles so effortlessly, has continued to graduate from LDS Business College in Salt Lake City with an Associate's degree in Interior Design.
She's excited to continue to learn and grow in the design field. She loves to space plan and select unique lighting fixtures and wallpaper. In her free time, she likes to shop, experiment with cooking and baking, work on DIY home improvement projects, and spend time with her husband and son.
ABENNI ABBOTT
Associate Interior Designer
One thing that got Abenni interested in Architecture and Interior Design was artwork. She took a trip to Italy and France to study different styles of art and famous artists, and fell in love with the architecture there, as well as interior design. She loved to learn about the meaning behind some of the buildings and the interior design. This inspired Abenni to take classes and dive into the world of design and architecture.
When she’s not at school or work, she likes to draw, spend time with her family, as well as practice cake decorating
KARINA ARSHAD
Office Manager
Karina wears many hats in the office. As the office manager, she coordinates all activities and daily tasks. She keeps our office happy, and running-she knows where to get the best treats in town! Karina also has an eye for design and loves to assist the design team whenever possible. From an early age, Karina was introduced to design by her creative mother and loves playing with patterns, color palettes and textures to style her home. One of Karina’s favorite holidays is Christmas, and she enjoys decorating her home, businesses, and vacation rentals for this magical season. As a busy mother of two young adults and co-owner of a personal fitness company, she finds designing and decorating for the holidays and for quaint wedding parties to be therapeutic and rewarding.
