Elle Interiors is a full-service interior design firm with a diverse background in designing residential and commercial spaces.  Although we claim Springville as our home, we take on design projects all over the US. From concepts to completion, we handle it all.

Known for our contemporary aesthetic, we pair clean lines and neutral tones with charming warmth for an inviting and timeless space. Specializing in custom homes and select boutique restaurants, corporate offices, retail spaces and hotels our team here at Elle Interiors oversees it all. We focus on every detail of our clients vision from start to finish. After coordinating with architects and builders, we begin designing all aspects of the space with custom selections to tailor to each client’s needs. See how our process unfolds below.

We schedule an in person consultation and create a detailed list with an in-depth review of your specific design needs. We use this to better understand how your family lives or how your company works. After, we will send you a design fee proposal. Once accepted, you send us any inspiration photos.

2. Concept Design

This is where the fun begins! We will present to you concept board options and evaluate the budget. Then our team begins to develop the details including color schemes, design styles, finishes, furniture and materials. From there, we begin spaceplaning and laying out the furniture. We select flooring, wall coverings, window coverings, lighting, furniture and fabrics and present that to you. After the presentation we make any tweaks based on your feedback and then get the sign off.

This is the part where we manage the nitty-gritty details, so you don’t have to! We coordinate with architect, engineers and contractor while creating drawings for construction including floorplans, detailed millwork drawings, finish plans, lighting and ceiling plans. We can even help during the bidding process with re-design if construction goes over budget.

4. Purchasing + Project Management

Next, we’ll place orders and manage the furniture for you. At our receiving warehouse, each item will be properly inspected and stored until install. On various commercial projects, in lieu of purchasing, we will work with a commercial furniture dealership and coordinate with them on your behalf. During this phase we schedule periodic site visits to check the progress of construction, attend any construction meetings and handle all of the paperwork to ensure all of the finishes and millwork are installed correctly.

5. Install

After months of waiting patiently to see everything come together, we near our final phase. We will coordinate the movers and finalize the last details. Then we will prep everything for the grand reveal! We will do a walkthrough with you and you will recieve a project binder with all of the information about your space.

DESIGN CONSULTATION - $350*

(*fee will be waived if finishes or full service package is booked)

Our 2 hour design consultation takes place at your home or business where we discuss the project scope, timeline, budget, design process and vision you have for your space.  This is the first phase for those wanting to use our full design services or a stand-alone service for those who want to take our ideas and implement them on their own. This meeting may include suggestions for the following:

  • Paint color & wall coverings

  • Overall design direction

  • Spacial & furniture layout

  • Lighting placement

  • Accessories & styling

After the meeting, you'll receive a formal proposal which identifies the specific goals for your project, project milestones, and more about how we work. If you move forward and book a finishes or full services package, the design consultation fee will be waived. If you decide you would rather take the project on yourself we will send you the detailed notes of the consultation so that you can use to begin the project yourself.

FINISHES PACKAGE - $1.50 - $10 sq ft*

*as you can see it varies quite a bit! The price is based on the project type, scope and size.

Our finish package is the perfect option for those that want help with the design of the bathrooms, kitchen, builtins layout and overall finishes throughout their space but want to take on the project management themselves. Elle Interiors’s finish package approach includes:

  • Concept design with presentation of plans, mood boards and samples

  • Selection of lighting, flooring and ceiling design

  • Selection and specification of materials and finishes

  • Paint & wallcovering selections

  • Custom cabinet/and millwork design and detailed drawings

  • 3D Illustrations and Renderings

  • Professional space planning with remodel or new build

  • Bathroom fixture selection and specification

  • Kitchen Design and appliance selection

  • Commercial code review

  • CAD, REVIT and Hand Drafting

  • Design meetings

  • Construction drawings for city approval

  • Coordination with the architect and engineer's

FULL PACKAGE: FINISHES, FURNITURE & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Elle Interior’s provides a full-service design experience for clients looking for ease on the whole building process. This package includes the consultation, finishes furniture and project management. We take care of every detail to create a turnkey solution for our clients. Our full service design approach includes the design consultation and finishes package items listed above with the addition of:

  • Site-visits to coordinate timeline and track project progress

  • Project management with coordination of trades and materials and overseeing of the project

  • Meetings with the architect and contractor

  • Furniture placement and design meetings

  • Selection and purchasing of furniture, plants, window treatments, artwork and accessories or coordination with commercial furniture dealership and contractor

  • Ordering and tracking of purchases or coordination with furniture dealership

  • Final installation and styling with punchlist walkthrough

  • White glove cleaning

  • Project Binder

E-DESIGN

E-Design is a modern, collaborative approach to traditional interior design services. Through our virtual e-design platform, this DIY alternative allows you the opportunity to create a high-end look for your home, one room at a time. Tackle it all at once for the ultimate wow factor or collect pieces slowly over time to watch your space evolve. You'll receive a personalized, shopping list for you to implement the design within your budget and on your own time frame. It is also a great solution for business owners working on a budget and feel they have the right direction but need a designers touch.

Your e-design package includes:

  • Initial phone consultation or skype

  • Furniture layout

  • Consultation on finishes

  • Mood board

  • One round of revisions

  • Shopping list
